Backstage
Backstage
A Scandal night reads less like a running order and more like what you'd catch glimpses of from the wings — the room filling, the first course landing, the lights finding the stage.
- I
The room fills
Doors open at 8:15pm and tables settle around the stage at Sala Las Olas, drinks already being poured — wine, beer, soft drinks and water are unlimited from the start, on either ticket.
- II
The first course, the first number
The show starts at 8:30pm, and the tasting menu's early courses arrive alongside it — the room isn't seated through a silent dinner before the lights come up.
- III
The interval
A fifteen-minute pause lands roughly midway between the 8:30pm curtain and the close near 11pm — a natural point for the kitchen to catch up with the stage.
- IV
The second half
The cast returns and the later courses land through the rest of the evening, the two running on the same clock rather than one waiting on the other.
- V
The close
The night winds down toward 11pm — book a taxi or rideshare for after eleven rather than earlier.
Doors are 8:15pm, curtain is 8:30pm — the first plates land somewhere in between, not ahead of either.
The five courses
The five courses
Both tickets carry the same tasting menu and unlimited drinks — Gold and Platinum differ in seating and one extra pour, not in what's on the plate.
A hotel room built to hold a show
Sala Las Olas sits inside the GF Victoria hotel on Calle Fernando López Arvelo in Costa Adeje, on Tenerife's south-west coast — a purpose-built showroom rather than a converted ballroom, with a capacity of 220 and sightlines built around a central stage.
Dinner and the show run together
The room opens its doors at quarter past eight, and the stage picks up half an hour later, carrying on toward eleven with a short break midway through — the tasting menu keeps pace with the performance rather than being cleared before it begins.
Two ways to book the same room
Every ticket includes the same five-course tasting menu and unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and water. The difference between Scandal's two tiers is where you sit and what's poured on top — not a different show or a different meal.
A night built for a table, not a solo seat
The 16-and-over age policy, the two-nights-a-week schedule and the group-friendly seating around tables rather than fixed rows all point the same way: Scandal is built for parties arriving together, not solo walk-ins.

The menu
A five-course tasting menu is included on every ticket, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free versions available if you flag dietary needs at least 24 hours ahead.
The drinks
Wine — white, red and rosé — Dorada beer, soft drinks and water are all unlimited through the night, on both the Gold and Platinum tickets.
